They don’t have to be mk xii but I would use at least xi as this will help you do foundry missions quicker. Now you don’t have to do your rep system on this alt but you will want to do just enough of your episodes to be able to do Borg stf’s and the undine space zone. Once you are able to do the stf’s not only will you get dilithium for doing the mission but also omega and undine marks which you can use to turn in for dilithium ore. If you refine 16000 a day for 5 days that will give you just enough dilithium to buy 500 zen take that and buy a ship module and sell it on the exchange for 10 million never go under or above 10 million it will sell. It may take a day or two at times. Next run a foundry mission star fleet academy lvl 50 farm is a good one and there is a lower rank mission by the same author that at the moment will give you some dilithium ore. Take all the loot you get from the mission and sell it to the vender at the bar. He will give you 50% of its value. You can also sell the loot you get from undine space zone to a vendor on new Romulus. If you get purple items save them for the exchange and if you get lucky and the item is not on the exchange sell it for 1 million. Remember the Ferengi rules of acquisition.

If you have time to run 3 or 4 alts you could earn more. I know some mates that run up to 10 alts just for farming. It just depends on how much time you have each day to do farming.

One thing I would like to mention about trading keys on the exchange. Let’s say you get lucky and purchase 10 keys for 2.5 million. The market is currently running from 2.8 million to 2.9 million. You don’t want to rush and throw all 10 keys on the market for let’s say 2.7 million. If you do, it will drive the price down and this is where you can lose money. I always look at the current price and I will place my keys above that price and only a few at a time. Remember you’re not the only one dealing in keys. They can be sold quickly for little profit or you can practice some patience and make 300k to 400k off of each key.

This is just a few things you can do to make a nice amount of ec each month.

The more you study the market for expensive items the more you will make. I hope this helps and I’ll see you all in game.
